UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought for Montgomery and Prince George's County, Maryland The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest for approximately 60,000 to 70,000 ANSI/BOMA Rentable Area Square Feet (BRSF) yielding approximately 52,174 to 60,870 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (BOASF) of contiguous office and related space in Montgomery County and Prince George's County, Maryland. The delineated area is as follows: Montgomery County and Prince George's County, Maryland. The anticipated lease term is for five (5) years firm with an option to renew the lease for an additional five (5) years. The required occupancy date is no later than September 15, 2010. Whether or not an offered building can meet the required occupancy date is in the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer. The offered building must be within a 3 mile radius of an operational Metro Rail station.
