1011 Turk Street Switchboard, UPS2, and HVAC Replacement Scope of Work: The project includes three major scopes of work as summarized herein: 1. Replacement of the existing low-voltage switchboards serving the facility, including associated feeder modifications, terminations testing, and commissioning. The work also includes temporary power provisions, phased shutdown sequencing, and cutover coordination to maintain facility operations during construction. 2. Like-for-like replacement of Uninterrupted Power System (UPS) 2, relocation of a new like-for-like low voltage transformer replacement, and electrical connections to new mechanical equipment. 3. HVAC equipment replacement and improvement in the Telecom Room, Server Room, and UPS1 Room. The work includes air duct and AHU modifications, installation of new air circulation between the Server Room and Telecom Room, system integration with the existing BMS, testing, and commissioning; the work also includes power distribution system and HVAC equipment cutover coordination. The time allowed for completion is 600 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $7,800,000. An on-site pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 1:00PM at the project site located at 1011 Turk Street in San Francisco.
