(GCGI) team is requesting bids for all trades (except Shoring, Ground Improvements, Earthwork, Demolition, Fire Sprinkler, Elevator, Tower Crane). Project Description: The existing 860, 870 and 880 McAllister Street buildings will be replaced with a new seven-story building that provides 100% affordable senior housing. The 99,163 SF new construction building consists of 115-units, and supporting administrative offices, and amenities, including a roof terrace, courtyards, and a large community room. The residential units are comprised of 78 one-bedroom and 37 two-bedroom units. All Project units will be offered for-rent to senior citizens at an anticipated 60 percent area median income (“AMI”). The project incorporates approximately 5,002 square feet of usable open space for residents ‘enjoyment through the two ground-floor landscaped courtyards and the roof terrace. The project includes limited commercial space on the ground floor, located at the corner of McAllister Street and Laguna Street. There is no onsite parking.
