Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Out of the Fog Research, LLC (OFR). The requirement is to provide technical services in applied research and development (R&D) to develop an Extended Frequency Tunable Cryogenic Resonator that is capable in response to software control of protecting high sensitivity receivers from high power, in-band, and fast hopping signals. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government.
