EXTENSION OF PERFORMANCE COMPLETION DATES ON VARIOUS SECURED AGREEMENTS TO COMPLETE SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED CEQA FINDINGS (DISTRICT: 5)

The proposed action includes extending the performance completion date for two subdivision agreements for the developments reference by Tract No. 5354-1 and Tract No. 5354-2 to October 1, 2027. DPW staff have determined the extension request is appropriate to preserve the County’s legal rights under the agreement. DPW staff also confirmed there are no negative impacts associated with a later delivery date for the remaining improvements. There is also adequate security for all improvements to guarantee completion for the remaining work of the projects should it be necessary to leverage in the future to ensure improvements are constructed.
