EXTERNAL EVALUATION FOR FUTURE FOCUSED ON STEM (FFS), A NJ 21ST CENTURY COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTERS PROGRAM

The Passaic Public School District is soliciting proposals under RFP 21-27 for a qualified organization to conduct an external evaluation of the Future Focused on STEM Project, a NJ 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program. The selected vendor will employ a mixed-method educational research design, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to assess the program's effectiveness, efficiency, and relevance. The primary goal is to determine if the project is meeting its annual objectives and performance measures to successfully prepare students for postsecondary education and careers. The contract requires strict adherence to New Jersey state regulations, including mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity language and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. The evaluation process will support project staff and leadership in determining if the program is operating optimally or if alternative implementation methods are necessary to improve impact on students, parents, and the community. Proposals must be submitted by September 25, 2026, to the Division of Planning, Research and Evaluation in Passaic, New Jersey.
