External Independent Validation of the Internal Audit function

As part of the Practice Inspection, the Internal Audit, Evaluation and Ethics Division of them Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission would like to engage the services of an independent qualified assessment team to conduct an independent validation of a self-assessment of its internal audit function. The independent external validation will review and validate the internal self-assessment conclusions and assess conformance with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat Internal Audit Policy and the Institute of Internal Auditors Standards.
