The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires a contractor to carry out the alongside refit for the Canadian Coast Guard Ship CCGS Sir John Franklin. The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the Area of Origin of the vessel (Western Canada), in accordance with the PWGSC Supply Manual Article 3.170.10(b). Work must commence December 27, 2023 and be completed by January 21, 2024. There is an optional bidders’ conference and site visit associated with this requirement. Consult Part 2 – Bidder Instructions. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English.
