Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement to provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to conduct the removal and proper disposal of an above ground 4,900 Liter fuel (gasoline) storage tank and the associated piping and fuel dispenser, located in Yellowknife, NT. And supply, deliver and install a new fuel (gasoline) storage tank and the associated piping and the fuel dispenser at the same location. The removal and disposal of all petroleum products must be done in such a way that there will be no immediate or long-term harmful effects on the environment, and it will not constitute a danger to human health or life. The fuel tank and piping and fuel dispenser and any fuel product must be disposed of through a certified scrap dealer and a registered disposal facility that is equipped to receive and handle all petroleum related products and equipment. And all local landfill requirements must be complied with. All applicable territorial and federal guidelines, acts, regulations and standards will apply.
