Storage of Canadian Coast Guard Vessel W G George This requirement is being procured under the provision of Supply Arrangement F5561-200582 - CCG Small Vessel Docking Refits – Newfoundland & Labrador.The Contractor must:
- The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) requires the removal from the water and storage of the CCGS W.G. George, a 52’ “ARUN Class” Canadian Coast Guard Search and Rescue (SAR) lifeboat. The CCGS W.G. George (“Vessel”) is a 15.8 meter Aluminum vessel that was built in 1994 by Raymond Industries Limited.
- In addition to the CCGS W.G. George, CCG may require the removal from the water and storage of up to two (2) additional ARUN class vessels. Due to operational requirements and at their request, CCG may substitute another vessel of the same class as needed.- There is an optional bidders’ conference and site visit associated with this requirement. Consult Part 2 – Bidder Instructions.- This bid solicitation requires that bids only be submitted through CanadaBuys (SAP Ariba). All bids submitted through other means will neither be accepted nor considered. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
