Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address other than soumissionsest-bidseast@pc.gc.ca will not be accepted.The only acceptable facsimile for responses to bid solicitations is 1-877-558-2349.The maximum email file size that Parks Canada is capable of receiving is 15 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size.The Bidder should be cognisant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments. Bid documents must be sent as email attachments.REQUIREMENTParks Canada has a requirement for diving services and dive supervision for investigation, operation, and construction requirements of the Ontario Waterways, Rideau Canal Waterway (ONW-RID)Parks Canada may award up to two (2) Standing Offers. The Standing Offers will be ranked based on lowest evaluated price. Call-ups will be issue based on the Right of First Refusal.PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATEThe period of the Standing Offer is from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional three (3) 1-year period, from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2027 under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority 30 days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer. A revision to the Standing Offer will be issued by the Standing Offer Authority.ENQUIRIESAll enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority.Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response.
