Full Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide labor and materials for flooring repair and replacement works within the premises, including interventions to both brick and concrete finished surfaces, as well as the replacement and installation of expansion joints where required.
The project includes the selective replacement and repair of existing brick flooring in designated areas, the repair and partial or full replacement of finished concrete flooring depending on site conditions, and the removal and installation of joint expansion systems to ensure proper sealing, flexibility, and protection against water infiltration. The objective of these works is to restore the affected surfaces to a safe, durable, and functional condition, maintaining compatibility and visual continuity with the existing materials and ensuring proper performance under operational use conditions.
