Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Argentina will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.


The requirement is to provide labor and materials for flooring repair and replacement works within the premises, including interventions to both brick and concrete finished surfaces, as well as the replacement and installation of expansion joints where required.


Evidence that the offeror/quoter (or its local associate) operates an established business with a permanent address Buenos Aires – Argentina is required to submit a quote.


All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.


The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.


All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.


This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
