Facility Restoration works at ER#6

The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance, servicing, and restoration work on its facilities in Monrovia, Liberia, under solicitation 19L16026Q0013. The work is strictly non-structural and must not involve load-bearing elements or alterations to the building's original design, dimensions, or layout. All restored utilities must integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure within the OEC facility. The contract is for a fixed period of 120 days beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with an option for the Government to extend performance by up to six months in total through written notice. Performance is to occur exclusively at the American Embassy Monrovia, located at 502 Benson Street, and delivery is FOB destination. The solicitation is structured as a Firm Fixed-Price contract with a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection methodology, where the award will go to the lowest-priced offeror who meets minimum technical standards and is determined responsible.
