This contract is an award issued by the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations to Palantir Technologies Inc. for the operations, maintenance, and optional enhancements of the FALCON platform. FALCON, based on Palantir's proprietary Gotham software suite, serves as a consolidated platform for federated search, analytics, and geospatial referencing, enabling agents and analysts to manage structured and unstructured law enforcement data across disparate environments for improved situational awareness and reporting. The agreement includes detailed service level targets for error resolution, strict information governance and privacy requirements for handling sensitive personally identifiable information, and comprehensive security protocols for accessing DHS networks.
