This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 311999. Deliveries Need to begin in July 1, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex 4700 Bureau Road South, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802. The Government reserves the right to make a single, or multiple awards based on best value. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, and past performance, THIS IS AN ALL OR NONE QUOTE; vendors should quote all items, to be considered most advantageous to the government based on best value. Quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative/shipping cost; with past performance that does not pose a risk to the government being the most important.
