1. Purpose & Scope


The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of heavy-duty, commercial-grade zero-turn riding mowers. These units will be integrated into an extreme, high-hour fleet tasked with maintaining expansive institutional grounds.


2. Acquisition Set-Aside & Environment
