The Federal Bureau of Prisons at the Federal Correctional Institution in Yazoo City, Mississippi, is soliciting food products under a total small business set-aside for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, with the intent to acquire a variety of dry food items including black beans, kidney beans, lentils, navy and pinto beans, parboiled long grain rice, and multiple types of pasta such as elbow macaroni, lasagna noodles, rotini, and spaghetti—all subject to strict U.S. Department of Agriculture grade specifications and packaging requirements.
