The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation 15B50726Q00000019, for the requirement of QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE - EGGS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-07. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 500 employees for small business concerns. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being specified as 13 weekly Tuesday egg deliveries beginning JULY 07, 2026, and ending SEPTEMBER 29, 2026. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation.
