Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0030 was solicited as “Other than Full and Open competition” in accordance with the RFO FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Servies will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a contract to Labatt Institutional Supply Company DBA “Labatt Food Service” (CAGE Code 0S378), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the San Antonio Texas Region. This contract, SPE300-26-D-3019, will have a period of performance of 371 days from May 31, 2026 to June 05, 2027, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J & A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR Overhaul 6.301(b). A copy of the J&A and the Solicitation/Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
