AI Contract Overview
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is soliciting quotes under RFQ CORHQ-26-Q-0200 for hardware and software maintenance services for Dell EMC systems, with a firm-fixed-price structure covering the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The requirement includes ProSupport Plus 4HR/MC hardware support for specific Dell EMC components such as DD6900 controllers and 10GBASE-T IO modules, as well as ProSupport Plus MC software support for the Data Protection Suite, Data Protection Advisor, and Enterprise Copy Data Management platforms. All offerors must use the revised Section B pricing worksheet and submit quotes via the designated template, ensuring all line items are matched exactly by part number and pricing is submitted to the nearest cent. Travel costs must be included within the proposed fixed price and cannot be reimbursed separately. Offers must be submitted by June 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, to Harold Groves and Tammy Mattox at FDIC with the solicitation number included in the subject line. Proposals must contain six required volumes: the completed Price Schedule Spreadsheet, Section K Representations and Certifications (submitted as a signed original, not retyped), proof of active SAM.gov registration, evidence of partnership with Dell EMC, End-User License Agreements or Master Service Agreements, and detailed Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) information for each item identifying the manufacturer, subcontractors, and status as OEM, AM, or Authorized Supplier. Failure to include any component will result in disqualification. Evaluation is based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where technical acceptability is determined by strict compliance with part number matching and submission of all required documentation. Contractors must adhere to FDIC information ownership rules, return or securely dispose of all FDIC data upon contract completion, and implement minimum cybersecurity controls to safeguard information systems. Payment requires electronic invoicing to DOFAPInvoice@fdic.gov with strict naming conventions and mandatory inclusion of FIN and asset identifiers. The contractor must maintain current SAM registration with valid EFT details, as incorrect information renders invoices improper under the Prompt Payment Act. The contract incorporates FDIC-specific clauses on changes, stop work orders, termination for convenience or default, excusable delays, assignment of claims, and non-discrimination policies prohibiting racially discriminatory DEI activities. Noncompliance may lead to contract suspension,
