Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed, 2-bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft., shingle roof. Slab on grade. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Any questions, please call. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and restoring the yard to mowing conditions. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and count of materials needed.
Plumbing: Hall bathroom: Remove and replace tub/shower. Install new tub/shower and surround, with Swan-Stone or comparable, must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace the shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or a comparable brand. Install a new shower faucet. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Repair/replace any drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
Drywall: Repair all damaged drywall in the hall bathroom, ceiling, and walls, tape, bed, and texture.
Painting: Paint the hall bathroom, ceiling, and walls, etc., using a premium latex interior paint. The homeowner will choose a color.
Electrical: Remove and replace the heat vent lights in both bathrooms. Replace all switches, receptacles, and covers throughout the house, including GFCI outlets and covers.
