FEDERAL CRACKS IN THE WALL
Special Instructions: Home is a 3-bed 2 bath, brick home approx. 1500 sq. ft. shingle roof. Slab on grade. Property Manager- Lacey Dodds 580 642 6122 Inspector- Corey James 580 317 7088 All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved.
Drywall: Remove and replace cracked drywall on ceiling and walls. Living room, dining, and hallway between bedrooms. Install new ½” drywall, tape, bed, texture and paint walls and ceiling. Living room, dining, hallway and by hall bath.
Windows: Remove and replace all window screens.
Special Instructions: All work done must meet or exceed 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended contractor view job before biding. Contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required Contractor will be responsible for cleanup and removal of all waste and repair yard back to mowing condition. Homeowner/Property Manager will select any/all colors used for the job. Contractor is responsible for all measurements, and count of materials needed.
