The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 1 (R1) Mission Support Division, requires install a new ADA-compliant poured concrete Accessible ramp from the rear loading dock area to the rear parking lot to improve accessibility, life safety, emergency egress, and operational functionality.

Interested contractors shall submit their RFI responses electronically to Karley Hoyt, Contracting Officer, at karley.hoyt@fema.dhs.gov and Anhur Maklef, Contract Specialist, at anhur.maklef@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

This RFI is issued solely for information gathering purposes to identify sources that can provide support for the R1 Mission Support Division. RFIs may be used when the Government wants to obtain price, delivery, other market information, and capabilities for planning purposes.
