Full Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to WING INFLATABLES, INC. 1220 5th Street, Arcata, CA 95521-6653. The Government has a need to procure replacement fender sheaths for the protection of boat hulls. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available.
