The subcontractor is required to construct an asphalt pad at Fermilab in Batavia, Illinois, as detailed in Exhibit A, encompassing the removal of existing gravel, installation of a new electrical grounding loop, and full pavement construction. All work must adhere to project drawings, specifications including Section 010010, 013100, and 013300, and industry standards such as NFPA 70E, OSHA 29 CFR, ANSI, and ASME, while ensuring protection of adjacent site features. Performance is to be completed within 60 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with inspections and final acceptance occurring on-site by the FFDG Construction Coordinator after resolution of all punch list items documented via Attachment B and submission of as-built drawings, test reports, and warranties. Compliance with labor standards is mandatory, including Davis-Bacon wage requirements as specified in the applicable wage determination, and adherence to FAR clauses covering payroll records, apprenticeships, convict labor, paid sick leave, and subcontractor labor standards.
