The Department will not compensate respondents for their input, and participation is voluntary with no impact on future solicitations—responses will not be considered part of any future proposal evaluation. The place of performance is Washington, D.C., and point of contact details are provided for general inquiries and technical support. The system for award management (SAM) registration status and any existing government-wide acquisition contracts or Federal Supply Schedules must be disclosed.
