FEWS NET 8 Data, Learning, and Communications Contract

The NAICS code associated with this RFI is 541990, and no set-aside provisions are in place, meaning all entities—including U.S. small and large businesses, non-U.S. organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and federally recognized socioeconomic categories such as Women-Owned Small Businesses, 8(a) firms, HUBZone businesses, and Veteran-Owned businesses—are eligible to respond. Respondents must provide detailed evidence of in-house experience, excluding subcontracted work, and each answer is limited to approximately half a page. The Department will not compensate respondents for their input, and participation is voluntary with no impact on future solicitations—responses will not be considered part of any future proposal evaluation.
