The purpose of Amendment 2 as follows:


  • Extension of Closing Date: The deadline for the receipt of quotes is extended to 15 May 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
  • Revised Statement of Work (SOW): A revised SOW, dated 6 May 2026, replaces the previous version. All responses must align with the updated requirements outlined in this document.
  • Addition of Exhibits: CDRL A001 has been formally added to the solicitation as an Exhibit.
  • Addition of Line Items: CLIN 0003 has been added to the pricing schedule/requirements.

Action Required:
All prospective offerors must ensure their quotes reflect the revised SOW, address the new CLIN 0003, and acknowledge the addition of CDRL A001. Quotes must be submitted no later than the newly established deadline of 15 May 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.


All other Terms and Conditions remain the same. 


The purpose of Amendment 1 is to modify the solicitation as follows:
Extension of Closing Date: to enhance competition, the closing date and time for receipt of quotes is hereby extended to May 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
