FINANCIAL AUDITS BEGINNING FISCAL YEAR 2026-27

The City of Portland is soliciting proposals from certified public accountants to conduct financial audits for the City and its reporting entities starting in Fiscal Year 2026-27. The contract is a personal services agreement requiring compliance with EEO certifications, ADA standards, and sustainable business practices. Payment is processed via ACH with net 30-day terms. The successful contractor must maintain professional licensure and provide all work papers for inspection for six years following final payment.
