Health Canada has a requirement for an annual maintenance on all fire extinguishers and firehoses. Make sure all equipment is updated, safe for operation and meet industry Fire Code Standards. If equipment needs to be sent out for further testing or replace, provide a valid loaner til equipment is back in service . Equipment are located in the Sir Fredrick Banting Building (SFB) located at 251 Sir Frederick Banting Dr, Tunney’s Pasture, Laboratory Centre for Disease Control (LCDC) located at 100 Eglantine Dr, Tunney’s Pasture, Radiation Protection Building (RPB) located at 775, Brookfield Road in Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0K9 and Occupational Health Unit building (OHU) 51 Chardon Drw, Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K9.
The estimated initial period of contract is from April 1, 2025 to March 31st 2027 plus up to three (3) additional one (1) year option periods under the same conditions.
