Fire Suppression System PRV Replacements at One & Two UN Plaza

The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC), a New York State public benefit corporation, is seeking a qualified contractor to provide all material, labor, and oversight for replacement of fire suppression system pressure reducing valves (PRV) for horizontal branch sprinkler piping off the building risers on office floors at One and Two UN Plaza. The project is to remove and dispose of old and to furnish and install new. One and Two UN Plaza are Class A, mixed-use, high-rise commercial office buildings located in east midtown Manhattan. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The minimum required qualifications are as follows: A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in this field. NYC Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractor License with associated certificates. Authorized to do business in New York State. Liability insurance of $5,000,000. A resume of current assignments at comparable buildings in New York City. Interested companies must provide evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience including a minimum of five (5) references with contact information.
