Amendment A00001 corrects several sections of the Statement of Work (Revision 1 dated 5-21-2026 attached) and removes FAR 52.219-33 NONMANUFACTURING RULE from the RFP.
The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to solicit proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C26R00000072 Firearms Mounted Sighting Systems, also known as Optics. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation. However, the Government reserves the right to make additional awards if it would be in the Government’s best interest. The anticipated contract will be issued with a five (5) year ordering period.
All salient characteristics and terms are defined in the attached statement of work (SOW), which is included with this Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP is issued as a Small Business Set Aside.
