Amendment A00002 corrects the estimated quantities for each item on the Price Evaluation Form and extends the due date & time to 10:00am ET, July 25, 2026.
Amendment A00001 corrects several sections of the Statement of Work (Revision 1 dated 5-21-2026 attached) and removes FAR 52.219-33 NONMANUFACTURING RULE from the RFP.
The Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate (LESC), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), intends to solicit proposals in response to request for proposal (RFP) 70B06C26R00000072 Firearms Mounted Sighting Systems, also known as Optics. The Government intends to make a single indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract award resulting from this solicitation.
