The proposed action authorizes the Chief Executive Officer to execute the First Amendment to Contract HD-25-0156 with Charles King and Company in the not-to-exceed amount of $3,500,000 for a total contract value of $10,330,027.50 with a term ending March 16, 2027 for On-Call Services for Underground Wet Utilities Equipment. The On-Call Services contract allows the Port to perform time-sensitive and specialized wet utility work, provides a contracting resource for business continuity, and supplements capacity during peaks in workload beyond the Maintenance Division's capacity.
