Full Description

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic), Charleston, SC, intends to modify contract N65236-17-D-8006 by increasing the contract value by not to exceed approximately $14,825,060.72. This modification is required due to an increase of unforeseen efforts to support SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic needs for professional engineering services in support of the Fixed Very Low Frequency/Low Frequency (FVLF/LF) transmitter and antenna systems through FY 2022. This action is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. Any interested parties should submit information in writing via email only to Cathy Walton at contact@example.gov no later than 20 February 2019.
