FLACS Support and Maintenance

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is seeking maintenance and support services for the Flame Acceleration Simulator (FLACS) under a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, with a base period of one year beginning September 30, 2026, and two optional one-year periods extending through September 29, 2029.
