Full Description

MAXIMO# CM44TN; DLA EBS# 10529844. CURRENT SITUATION: Facility 49 OW is an old open top concrete Oil Water Separator that is in poor condition and no longer used. IMPACT IF NOT PROVIDED: Failure to provide these repairs at this time will result in the continued degradation of this facility and poses a health risk for it is a mosquito breeding ground. SCOPE OF WORK: Dewater, clean, and certify the facility is gas free. Remove and dispose of the facility in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
