Full Description

In a 2018 study conducted by Collins, it was found that part of B14 and B15 have areas of settlement/sinkholes inshore of the bulkhead 1. Voids in existing bulkhead are allowing backfill material to escape, sinkholes are developing in the bituminous pavement above, and mobile cranes are restricted from traveling over this area. Recommended Repairs 1. Sealing voids in existing bulkhead 2. Remove bituminous pavement 3. Fill voids with flowable fill 4. Replace bituminous pavement 5. Re-stripe bituminous pavement 6. Mobile crane load restrictions will be removed as a result
