The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is conducting market research to identify capable small business concerns interested in providing marine engineering services for the development of Flexible Hose Assembly (FHA) Master Lists for Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) Class vessels. The contractor shall perform onboard ship surveys and develop two (2) FHA Master Lists documenting installed flexible hose assemblies and associated technical data in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). This notice is issued for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or a commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. Interested small business concerns are invited to submit capability statements and responses to the attached market survey.
