This Request for Information (RFI) notice is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). The Government is seeking information regarding the procurement of engineering, technical, logistics, and installation support services for advanced electrical power systems. Specifications are listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and RFI notice attachment.

SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required materials described in the RFI notice attachment and SOW.

NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to contact@example.gov by 06:00PM EST, 19 August 2026.

Responses shall list "N64498-26-44-0123" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted.

This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
