Special Instructions: Home is a 4-bed, 2-bath pier-and-beam frame home, approx. 2800 sq. ft. All prospective contractors are required to visit the project site before submitting a bid. Change orders due to conditions that could have been identified during the site visit will not be considered or approved. Any questions, please call. Case Manager - Ferne Gunn @ 580-642-6318 Inspector - David Trowbridge @ 580-775-8512 All work done must meet or exceed the 2019 IRC. All applicable licenses apply. It is highly recommended that contractors view the job before bidding. The contractor is responsible for all line locates and permits required. The contractor will be responsible for the cleanup and removal of all waste and restoring the yard to mowing conditions. The homeowner will select any/all colors used for the job. The contractor is responsible for all measurements and count of materials needed.
Plumbing: Master bathroom: approx. 6 ' x 8 '. Remove and replace the stand-up shower, faucet, and drain. Install a new low-entry shower base and surround with Swan-Stone or comparable; it must be a minimum of 1/4” thickness. Replace the shower handle and mixing valve with Delta or a comparable brand. Install a new shower faucet and rod. FRP will not be accepted as a tub/shower surround. Remove existing floor covering in master bathroom; replace all deteriorated subflooring; install new waterproof floating vinyl plank flooring with a minimum 3/16” thick flooring. Pull toilet and install flooring up to the floor flange. Install all new trim required for proper fit and finish. The homeowner will choose color. Repair/replace all drywall, trim, sub and finish flooring, and paint needed due to repairs.
