Florida Energy Savers Program - Qualified Contractor Network

Performance is monitored through a multi-tiered quality assurance process involving desk reviews and field inspections. Key financial terms include maximum rebate caps for specific upgrades, such as 8,000 dollars for heat pumps and 1,400 dollars for total combined rebates, and a 200 dollar rural delivery incentive for specific counties. Contractors must maintain a one-year warranty on labor and materials and may be required to provide performance bonds for projects exceeding 100,000 dollars.
