The Department of National Defence is seeking the supply and delivery of four Fluke AC Measurement and Transfer Standards, model P/N 5790B/5/AF with MMR 5790B/5/AF:4U744, or an equivalent, under solicitation W8486-270879/A, issued against Supply Arrangement E60HN-16ELEC. Only suppliers already holding this specific supply arrangement are eligible to bid, and proposals must be submitted electronically in four separately bound sections: Technical Bid, Financial Bid, Certifications, and Additional Information, with all pricing included exclusively in the Financial Bid.
