The 22nd District Agricultural Association Contracts Department has released a Request For Proposal RFP 26-049 Food and Beverage Consultant Services The District is releasing this solicitation with the intent to award a single contract for Food and Beverage Consulting Services. The total compensation under the resulting Agreement shall be a fixed price not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00). The District is seeking a qualified consultant to evaluate its current Food and Beverage operations and analyze potential future operating models. The consultant will conduct financial analysis, market research, and industry benchmarking to assess the current structure, identify available alternatives, and recommend a preferred operating model for future Food and Beverage services. Based on the findings, the consultant shall develop a comprehensive Food and Beverage Operator Scope of Work and draft agreement requirements for the District¿s future contract, as well as the procurement strategy for a future Food and Beverage Operator RFP.
