The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Edit the Statement of Requirements specifications second bulleted item to add “at time of award" (highlighted in yellow) to now read "Must be Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB) licensed/permitted at time of award",
2. Incorporate the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222.90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as required by Executive Order 14398 (highlighted in yellow), and
3. Extend quote due date to 3:00pm ET 5/15/26.
