Foothills County - Negotiated Request for Proposal - RFP for Municipal Development Plan Engagement Services

Foothills County invites proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to provide professional engagement and consultation services in support of the review and update of its Municipal Development Plan (MDP), a statutory document under the Municipal Government Act that guides long-term growth, land use, infrastructure coordination, and community development. The selected consultant(s) will support inclusive engagement with Council, administration, residents, landowners, Indigenous communities, and other interested parties throughout the MDP review process, as further outlined in the RFP appendices. Proponents may submit proposals for a comprehensive engagement program or a specialized scope of the work, provided all required criteria are addressed; additional information may also be included for consideration. Foothills County reserves the right to award consultant services on a single comprehensive scope or as one or more specialized scopes, depending on evaluation outcomes and project needs.
