The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for material forging.  The compliant material is available from small business vendors on the open market.  The NAICS code is 332111 and the business size is 750 employees.



The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis.



The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Technically Acceptable quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than May 06, 2026 at 12:00 PM.  All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation.
