The overall scope of this Project is the renovation of the basement level of the Forrest Building and surrounding grounds. This work includes interior demolition, new concrete floor slab, new finishes, electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Around the exterior it includes foundation waterproofing, windows, civil and landscaping.
