Forrest Building Basement Renovations - Implement

Dalhousie University is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Forrest Building basement and surrounding grounds in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with a total project budget of 9,000,000 Canadian Dollars. The scope of work encompasses interior demolition, new concrete floor slabs, finishes, and comprehensive MEP systems, including a new dehumidification system and power distribution. All work must comply with ADA codes and safety standards, with final acceptance contingent upon the delivery of certificates from authorities having jurisdiction for plumbing and fire suppression systems. Payment is processed monthly via the Jaggaer eProcurement portal with minimum 45-day terms.
