Full Description
The Contractor shall operate and manage the Laundry Distribution and Collection Point(s) for the exchange of linens in accordance with AR 710-2, Secondary Item Policy and Retail Level Management; AR 210-130, Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Operations; AR 710-4, Property Accountability; and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Contractor is required to maintain a contractor-developed accountability system for linens and other items submitted for Laundry and Dry-Cleaning (L&D) services, also following the guidelines set forth in AR 710-2, AR 710-4, and other relevant regulations. The Contractor must maintain the Post Laundry Program (PLP), which is the Army’s system of record for laundry services, and access to this system requires a Common Access Card (CAC) in accordance with Paragraph 4.1.6.2.
