Four AWD SUVs

The Town of Jackson is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of four current model, new and unused AWD SUVs. Bids must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and will be opened at 3:05 PM at the Town Council Chambers. Bidders are required to use the provided specification form, marking yes or no for compliance with minimum requirements and detailing any exceptions on a separate page. A bid bond or certified cashier's check equal to 5% of the total bid is required if the bid amount exceeds 100,000 dollars. The proposal must include a total price for the four vehicles, accounting for credits for four specific trade-in vehicles: a 2018 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan, a 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Utility, a 2018 Ford Police Interceptor, and a 2017 Ford Interceptor Sedan. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible certified resident bidder if their bid is not more than 5% higher than the lowest responsible nonresident bidder, provided they do not subcontract more than 30% of the work to nonresident contractors. Selected vehicles must be delivered to 450 West Snow King Avenue in Jackson, Wyoming, within 30 days of bid acceptance. Deliverables include a factory invoice at the time of delivery, a complete set of vehicle repair overhaul and wiring manuals within 30 days, and a letter on company letterhead detailing the manufacturer warranty and the address of the OEM chassis warranty shop. The manufacturer must provide a minimum warranty of three years or 36,000 miles.
