APPEL D’OFFRES FOURNITURE D’UN SERVICE DE TRANSPORT ADAPTÉ POUR PERSONNES HANDICAPÉES La MRC de Lac-Saint-Jean-Est demande des soumissions pour « la fourniture d’un service de transport adapté pour personnes handicapées » pour une durée de trois (3) ans, soit pour la période du 1er juillet 2026 jusqu’au 3o juin 2029, plus une année d’option, soit pour la période du 1er juillet 2029 au 30 juin 2030. Le contrat visé par le présent appel d’offres sera attribué selon une procédure d’attribution ouverte suivant le prix proposé le plus bas. Les documents d’appel d’offres ainsi que les modifications à ces documents ne peuvent être obtenus que par le système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO) à partir du 6 mai 2026, et ce, conformément aux dispositions de la loi. Le soumissionnaire doit joindre à sa soumission un cautionnement de soumission représentant 10 % du montant de la soumission de la première année du contrat excluant les taxes. Celui-ci peut être produit sous la forme d’un chèque visé ou d’une garantie bancaire irrévocable fait à l’ordre de la MRC.
