Les plans, devis et formules de soumission peuvent être obtenus auprès du système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) en consultant le site web www.seao.gouv.qc.ca et en y inscrivant le numéro 03G-05.03.02-284. Seules sont admises à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés et compagnies ayant obtenu le document d’appel d’offres directement du SEAO et qui ont un établissement au Québec ou dans un des territoires visés par l’Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO) ou l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC).
